A mid-century motel with good bones and a bad decade behind it. The brief was to bring it back without turning it into a theme park.

We kept the neon, dropped the nostalgia, and rebuilt the identity around how people actually use the place now — long afternoons by the pool, work in the lobby, drinks after.

Retro as a foundation, not a punchline.
